2). EVENT INTERN (6 month internship) Job Summary We are looking for a fab, creative and outgoing people person to join the DITC event team. We host a variety of fun and fab events (cocktail parties, shopping events, brunches, workshops, etc) for our members on a monthly to bi-monthly basis. In addition we also offer event planning services for women owned small businesses. Events include but are not limited to launch parties, trunk shows, sample sales and book signings to name a few. Job Duties
REQUIREMENTS A passion for the special events industry is a HUGE plus Great interpersonal skills Able to take direction and work independently Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Knowledge of social media platforms Available to attend DITC events, which normally take place during the week in the evening/night and early afternoon on Saturdays Must live in NYC, (in 1 of the 5 boroughs)
